Dear lovely person reading this,

I’m so excited to invite you to The Somatic Mentorship: a 5 month somatic coaching program.

As a somatic coach I see again and again how our society’s emphasis on going fast show up in our healing. That could look like:

  • Searching for “quick fixes” or rapid transformation.

  • Rushing to different teachers, mentors and courses without integrating the healing you’ve already done.

  • Focusing on what isn’t working instead of making space to also notice the small + big shifts and new ways of being.

  • An all or nothing mentality to your healing instead of small doable steps and working with your nervous system.

  • Focusing on the “bloom” (aka rapid results) without taking time to focus on the “roots” or building a steady foundation of healing and healing.

But the reality is that healing takes time. A slow approach to healing looks like:

  • Moving at a pace that works with your nervous system.

  • Building a steady foundation by working on core developmental “muscles”-such as worthiness, boundary work or full self expression.

  • Cooperating with your body instincts and impulses.

  • Trusting your own unique healing timeline.

  • Small doable practices that support you in implementing the work you’re focusing on in sessions.

  • Space to integrate all the deep work you’re doing.

The Somatic Mentorship.

The Somatic Mentorship is a 6 month somatic coaching program to support you in coming home to yourself and creating a loving relationship with your body, neurodivergence, queerness and self.

What would it feel like to?

  • To take the time to tend to your healing?

  • To give yourself permission to honor your pacing and timing?

  • For there to be so much space to receive attuned care and support for as long as you need it?

  • To tend to your body in small doable ways?

  • To work with your body and your nervous system as you tend to your trauma imprints?

  • To slowly work towards your blueprint, towards increased health and to feel grounded in your body, self and identities?

  • To approach healing from a neurodivergent affirming lens?

The Somatic Mentorship is a post traumatic growth journey that honors your own unique healing journey. This six month journey is designed to support you through somatic coaching and practices, attuned support and care.

As a twice certified coach I am so excited to invite you into a slow way of healing, one that honors your pace, is body based and honors your healing timeline and your body’s wisdom.

Here are some ways we’ll work together in The Somatic Mentorship. This structure is supportive for folks who have experienced trauma and overwhelm-as well as autistics like me who love structure!

  • There’s consistency and structure. We’ll have three sessions a month and take the last week off of each month.

  • There’s a clear container and developmental map. Working with trauma and overwhelm can be tender territory. That’s why we’ll start off our work together with an intensive intake session and I’ll then prepare a personalized coaching program for our journey together. This coaching program document will identify where you’re starting off at, 1-5 goals and desires for our work together and some core developmental “muscles” to support you in our work together.

  • Plenty of space for integration + reflection. Between sessions you’ll have optional practices to support you in the work we’re doing in our sessions. I’ll also send you email recaps and optional practices 48 hours after our session. We’ll both take the last week off of each month to integrate.

  • A final celebration session to celebrate you and all the small and big shifts you’ve made on your healing journey.

The Somatic Mentorship is a private coaching program that combines :

01

ReBloom Coaching (an archetypal somatic trauma resolution method) to support you in coming home to your worthiness, sovereignty, full self expression and self trust.

02

Nervous system practices and education to support you and your nervous system.

03

Steady and caring support that’s trauma informed, neurodivergent and queer affirming-because you deserve that.

Hear what some of Tiffany’s past private coaching clients have shared about working with her:

“Working with Tiffany over the past six months has changed my life. I wish every autistic person could work with Tiffany and have this type of support.”

When I began my autistic mentorship program, I was in severe autistic burnout and I was struggling to cope with all aspects of my life while also facing a cross country move. Before I met Tiffany I didn’t understand what my needs as an autistic person were, let alone how to identify them or meet them. Tiffany gently coached me on how to listen to my body and nurture challenging emotions instead of pushing them away. Beginning to work through releasing the weight of depression and anxiety symptoms made me realize how much more important meeting my needs as an autistic person was. Tiffany taught me how to advocate for myself. As I moved through this program, I started advocating for myself and asking for help when I needed it. Tiffany has coached me on how to move through life while meeting my autistic needs and desires and finding joy when I was in a very dark place. Tiffany has filled my toolbox with so many tools and practices, and now I feel so confident in my ability to compassionately care for my late diagnosed, autistic self. Lastly, I want to share how supportive it felt to have Tiffany celebrating everything big and small that I accomplished during the last six months. These celebrations have modeled how I can celebrate myself and remember how strong and powerful I am.

In exchange for writing a testimonial, client was gifted an extra week of Voxer support as a thank you.

“Working with Tiffany has been truly life-changing for me.”

I feel more in touch with myself than ever, and my loved ones have mentioned they see a noticeable difference in my mental health and self growth. I feel that difference too - she has helped me process years of internalized ableism, pain and shame in a gentle, trauma-informed way. She takes great care to help me feel safe during our sessions, and it's been so wonderful to work with someone who understands many of my lived experiences as a queer and Autistic person. The peace of mind I've gained through her course is absolutely priceless, and I couldn't be more grateful to have experienced the wonderful healing container that Tiffany creates for her clients!”

“Working with Tiffany has been genuinely life changing.”

”Working with Tiffany has been genuinely life changing. After working with countless well-meaning coaches and mentors over the last decade, it was such a relief to land in the truly safe and non-pushy space of Tiffany’s highly knowledgeable, compassionate, and trauma-informed guidance and care. Longstanding issues began to melt throughout our work together - and I have never felt more attuned to my body and inner knowing. If you’re feeling like you just can’t seem to let something go that’s been looping and looping for years, Tiffany can lovingly meet you there and gently direct a way out. I am so grateful for her - the healing in my life is tangible, and I highly recommend her gifts and services to anyone called.”

While every client is unique and has their own healing experiences, past clients of mine have experienced things like:

Making life feel more supportive.

Past clients have tools and practices that support them in making life more accessible, supportive and affirming.

Feeling safe and comfortable in their bodies.

Through nervous system education, somatic trauma resolution practices and tending to embodied emergency responses (such as fight, flight or freeze, clients experience new levels of feeling safe and comfortable in their bodies and experiences.

Feeling comfortable and confident in their authentic selves.

Through work on unpacking internalized ableism and shame, clients feel comfortable in their neurodivergence and their authentic self.

Rebuilding self trust.

Clients slowly begin to rebuild self trust and develop a deep trust of their own experiences, needs and inner knowing.

Feeling worthy and knowing that they matter so much.

Clients tend to their worthiness muscles through somatic trauma resolution coaching, meeting unmet childhood needs now as adults and by learning to advocate for their neurodivergent needs.

Increased wellness, joy and pleasure.

Clients tend to understand and embrace their authentic selves in new and empowering ways as they come home to their authentic selves.

This is for you if:

You’re desiring an approach to healing that’s gentle, trauma informed and body based.

If the idea of archetypal somatic trauma resolution coaching, nervous system tools and steady support feels exciting to you.

If you’re desiring to get somatic support and care with a guide who is neurodivergent affirming and knowledgeable.

You’re wanting long term somatic support with consistent dosages of sessions, a clear coaching map that identifies core developmental muscles to work on and someone to champion you for each small step you take.

My journey with somatic healing.

The first time I received a trauma resolution coaching session I remember feeling a bit frustrated at the slower pace and the emphasis on slow and doable steps. For someone who was used to a focus on rapid transformation and cathartic practices, my first somatic trauma resolution session felt kind of…well, boring.

A little context:

At the time I had just completed an incredibly rigorous and demanding Sex, Love and Relationship Coach Training. I was exhausted and deeply burnt out from almost two years of 15+ hours of daily practices, practicum sessions, lessons and cathartic practices. Which is why when I landed in Rachael Maddox’s somatic trauma resolution course ReBloom Your Business I was both burned out and still in a place of believing that fast and rapid transformation was important.

But something incredible happened when I slowed down and began to approach my healing in small doable steps:

  • Long standing patterns began to slowly shift.

  • Working with my nervous system meant that I was able to heal at a timeline and pacing that feel supportive for me. Instead of pushing myself beyond my window of tolerance I was able to heal at a doable pace.

  • I was able to slow move from traumatic imprints of neglect, exploitation and shame to healthy blueprints of worthiness, sovereignty and full self expression.

  • Friends and colleagues told me that I looked different, more grounded and present. I felt that way too!

  • This slower way of healing supported me in having increased capacity-which led to having capacity for amazing things like: moving back to my home country, coming out as a lesbian and discovering that I’m autistic!

I’ve seen in my personal healing journey and in my work as a coach how healing it can be when we receive attuned & consistent care, work with our nervous system and take small doable steps in our healing.

Coming home to ourselves.

Over the years both my personal and business life have followed the threads of what it means to come home to my body, my sexuality, neurodivergence and authentic self.   As a queer autistic human I am devoted to the deep work of coming home to the fullest expression of my queer and autistic goodness, wholeness, joy and pleasure. It is a such an honor to guide others in their own homecoming journeys.

This program isn’t about “quick fixes” or “healing your trauma in 6 months”, as I don’t believe there’s actually anything wrong with you nor that it’s possible to arrive at a destination where we’re completely healed.   What I do believe in is gently tending to your healing and working with trauma imprints in gentle doable ways.   I believe (and have seen) how post traumatic growth happens when we show up for our healing with attuned care, steady support and a deep trust in your unique blueprint of health.  You have your own inherent treatment plan and this trauma informed work is about honoring your own healing pacing.  Together we’ll:

  • Identify your current way of being, your deepest desires and core developmental muscles that will support you in getting where you want to go.

  • Work with your nervous system and tend to your healing in small doable steps.  Healing work doesn’t have to be hard and overwhelming, it can be gentle and at a pace that works for you and your nervous system.

  • Work with the ReBloom 7 archetypes.  ReBloom Coaching is an archetypal somatic trauma resolution body of work created by Rachael Maddox for personal and collective healing.  Each of the ReBloom archetypes has a developmental path from traumatic imprints to blueprints of health.  As a certified ReBloom Coach I am honored to share this work with my clients.

  • Celebrate each small step and shift you take.  Instead of just focusing on what isn’t going well, we’ll also pay attention to what is working, as well as tending to areas that need support and care.

  • Have 30 minute Co-Regulation Calls to bring in extra support and nervous system regulation.

If you’re desiring gentle somatic support and healing, I’d love for you to join me.

This program is carefully designed to best support you as you come home to your body, identities and healing.  Healing can sometimes feel overwhelming and tender, which is why it’s so important to have a supportive structure.  In this program you’ll:

  • Have a supportive Intake process and I’ll then create a detailed “Coaching Program” document for you.

  • Receive two 75 minute audio phone call coaching sessions with me a month.

  • Receive one 60 minute Co-Regulation Session with me a month.

  • Receive any optional practices & resources mentioned on our call in an email 48 hours after our session.

As a twice certified somatic coach it is my absolute joy to support clients in coming home to their authentic selves.  I deeply care about you getting the right type of support which is why the first steps to potentially working together is for you to fill out a coaching application.  If from the coaching application is seems like a good potential fit, I’ll reach out to schedule a free 60 minute audio phone call Feeler Call.  On the call you’ll have the opportunity to share a bit more about yourself, the support you’re seeking and you can ask me any questions you have.  These are absolutely no pressure calls and you won’t be prompted to make a decision on the call.  Instead we’ll both sit with it and check in via email 1-2 days after our call.

What’s the rhythm of the program?

A way we can come home to ourselves is by creating supportive rhythms as we tend to our healing. With that in mind, this program was created with a very specific rhythm to best support you. Structure, steady rhythms and attuned care are important parts of trauma informed healing. Which is why we’ll:

  • Start with an Intake Session where we’ll identify your current ways of being, your big and beautiful desires around this work. I’ll then create a detailed “Coaching Program” document just for you. We’ll go over the document in our “Coaching Program Offer” session and do any co-edits so the program feels like a good fit for you.

  • Have audio phone call 75 minute coaching sessions on the first and third week of each month. We’ll work of the topic(s) of your choice through a combination of somatic coaching and practices and steady support.

  • Have 60 minute Co-Regulation Session on the second week of each month. These are calls where you can share updates, get support and have the opportunity to be guided through short nervous system regulation practices and short somatic practices.

  • End our coaching program with a celebration call. Over six months there will be so many big and small shifts, steps and new ways of being and we’ll take time to celebrate you!

More kind words from some of Tiffany’s past private coaching clients:

"Working with Tiffany brings so much joy to my queer heart!”

Her coaching sessions are packed with loving encouragement, acknowledgment, understanding, and helpful practices and tools to release shame and be ready to love myself and others with all of my own magic. If you're looking for a coach who understands both queerness, neurodivergence, and how to release traumatic imprints from the body and heart, Tiffany is your coach!"-Jodi McLaren

“From our initial Feeler Call all the way through the six months of coaching, Tiffany cultivated and maintained a safe, supportive, and regulated container for our work together.

I felt welcome to ebb and flow in my own healing journey and to show up to our sessions in the honest expression of who I was that day. I also felt so celebrated whenever I shared a win, big or small! I feel grateful to have had Tiffany's support, and her trust in my blueprint of health, during an important chapter of my queer journey.”

Client requested to remain private

“Working with Tiffany was a really pleasant experience where I felt held with compassion and acceptance.

Tiffany created a safe container for me to dive deep into tender territories and look at where in my developmental path I had suffered ruptures. We worked together in ways that felt honoring to my body and my mind. I appreciated how pace and doability were factored in the process, without overwhelming my system. Tiffany is very skilled at naming what is alive and possible without overriding one’s “inner wisdom.” I’m very grateful I got to work with Tiffany and would highly recommend her work to anyone who might think coaching is for them.” Mari de Luna, Women's Empowerment Coach

 Frequently Asked Questions

  • This isn’t therapy and I’m not a therapist. In our sessions we’ll use tools like body based trauma resolution coaching, nervous system regulation, as well as education around trauma and neurodivergence. Please note that I am a certified somatic coach and that the services I provide are coaching and not therapy.

  • I’m a certified ReBloom Coach and I trained in Rachael Maddox’s ReBloom methodology on archetypal trauma resolution for personal and collective trauma healing. I was both a member of the teaching team, a guest teacher (on sexual orientation and neurodiversity) and lead coach for the ReBloom Trauma Resolution Coaching Certification program from 2020-2022. I’m also a certified VITA™ Sex, Love & Relationship Coach through The Tantric Institute of Integrated Sexuality. I completed a 600+ hour two year certification program with Layla Martin. Additionally I receive on-going education on Autism and ADHD through my membership with Neurodivergent Insights.

  • I don’t do one off sessions because for this type of work it’s really important to have a container. Tending to trauma, unmasking and coming home to yourself is tender work and I believe that having a container creates more safety. I’ve seen how supportive it can be to have a container, intake process and coaching program-to create both safety and structure. However, if you’d like to start with a 3 month coaching program-please reach out!

  • Sessions are audio only (via phone call) because this is an accommodation that supports me as an autistic person. I also find that audio only sessions are also supportive for autistic clients as well as offering a sometimes much needed break from Zoom fatigue that a lot of people experience. If audio phone call sessions aren’t accessible for you I also offer Voxer and email coaching.

  • As a coach I’m not qualified to give a client any type of diagnosis. Please know that as a certified coach I am NOT a therapist and that coaching is not a replacement for therapy or clinical care. Somatic coaching can be a wonderful additional support to therapy.

  • More questions? I’m happy to answer them! Send me an e-mail at: tiffany@tiffany-landry.com

  • Our Feeler Call is an opportunity for both of us to feel into whether it’s a good fit for both of us. On our Feeler Call you’ll have the opportunity to share more about yourself and what type of support you’re seeking. You’ll also get a feel for my style of coaching as well as have the opportunity to ask me any questions you have. We’ll both feel into together whether working together would feel safe, doable and ideal. If it doesn’t feel like a good fit for either of us, I’m happy to offer referrals.

  • We’ll start off each session by checking in with you, you’ll have the opportunity to share any updates and what it’s like to be you that day. Then we’ll talk about what you desire to work on that day and I’ll share some options of how we might work on that topic. I’ll always explain any practices or tools and check in with you on whether that approach feels good to you or if you desire something else. Consent always! We typically start off with some grounding and nervous system regulation before diving into a topic so you and your body feel resourced. We’ll end our sessions by going over any optional practices and checking in on how you’re feeling.

  • It’s really important to me that my sessions are accessible and I also know that we all have different accessibility needs. I’m always happy to work with clients to find a format of coaching that works for them. Some options are coaching via audio or text messages via Voxer or email coaching.

  • I don’t offer outside support (such as email support or texting support) for this offer. All of the support you receive will happen during our sessions. I will send you a brief email with any optional practices from our sessions. If you enjoy having notes from sessions, I encourage you to bring a notebook with you to our sessions to jot anything important down.

  • The Co-Regulating Sessions are 60 minutes of attuned support and co-regulation. That could look like you sharing updates, getting support around a particular topic or me guiding you through a short somatic practice.

  • I totally get it. For some people committing to a six month time and financial commitment can feel like a lot. If this is the case please send me a message (via the contact form on my website) and we can talk about working together for 3 months instead of 6. Happy to talk about that and share what that might look like.
