The Autistic Mentorship is here to support you.
The Autistic Mentorship is my 5 month private coaching program for autistic adults. It’s a lovely combination of autistic practical support, autistic centered somatic coaching and the steadiest support.
The Autistic Mentorship is a five month private coaching program that combines:
01
Neurodivergent education in both 1:1 sessions and through neurodivergent affirming workbooks and worksheets. So you get a steady foundation in neurodivergent affirming education & resources.
02
Autistic centered coaching to support you in creating a life that feels accessible, supportive and affirming.
03
Nervous system regulation & somatic trauma informed coaching so you can unpack internalized ableism and shame and support your sensitive nervous system.
While every client is unique and has their own healing experiences, some of my past clients have experienced things like:
Making life feel more autistic accessible and affirming.
Clients have tools and practices that support them in making life more accessible, supportive and affirming. Think post meltdown & shutdown recovery plans, a knowledge of their sensory profile and tools to support their sensory needs and doable ways to make life feel more supportive.
Feeling safe and comfortable in their bodies.
Through nervous system education, somatic trauma resolution practices and tending to embodied emergency responses (such as fight, flight or freeze, clients experience new levels of feeling safe and comfortable in their bodies and experiences.
Feeling comfortable and confident in their authentic selves.
Through work on unpacking internalized ableism and shame, clients feel comfortable in their neurodivergence and their authentic self.
Rebuilding self trust.
Clients slowly begin to rebuild self trust and develop a deep trust of their own experiences, needs and inner knowing.
Feeling worthy and knowing that they matter so much.
Clients tend to their worthiness muscles through somatic trauma resolution, meeting unmet childhood needs now as adults and by learning to advocate for their neurodivergent needs.
Increased autistic wellness, joy and pleasure.
Clients tend to understand and embrace their neurodivergent selves in new and empowering ways as they come home to their authentic selves.
Who is this for?
Newly diagnosed Autistic or AuDHDer adults who are seeking tailored support to make life more accessible and affirming.
Folks who are desiring a program that’s a combination of autistic affirming coaching and autistic centered trauma informed somatic coaching.
People who are exploring their neurodivergence and are desiring a neurodivergent affirming and trauma informed coaching program.
Queer Autistic and AuDHDer adults who are looking for a guide who is both Autistic and LGBTQIA+ affirming and knowledgeable.

Hear what some of Tiffany’s past private coaching clients have shared about working with her:
“Working with Tiffany over the past six months has changed my life. I wish every autistic person could work with Tiffany and have this type of support.”
When I began my autistic mentorship program, I was in severe autistic burnout and I was struggling to cope with all aspects of my life while also facing a cross country move. Before I met Tiffany I didn’t understand what my needs as an autistic person were, let alone how to identify them or meet them. Tiffany gently coached me on how to listen to my body and nurture challenging emotions instead of pushing them away. Beginning to work through releasing the weight of depression and anxiety symptoms made me realize how much more important meeting my needs as an autistic person was. Tiffany taught me how to advocate for myself. As I moved through this program, I started advocating for myself and asking for help when I needed it. Tiffany has coached me on how to move through life while meeting my autistic needs and desires and finding joy when I was in a very dark place. Tiffany has filled my toolbox with so many tools and practices, and now I feel so confident in my ability to compassionately care for my late diagnosed, autistic self. Lastly, I want to share how supportive it felt to have Tiffany celebrating everything big and small that I accomplished during the last six months. These celebrations have modeled how I can celebrate myself and remember how strong and powerful I am.

“Working with Tiffany has been truly life-changing for me.”
I feel more in touch with myself than ever, and my loved ones have mentioned they see a noticeable difference in my mental health and self growth. I feel that difference too - she has helped me process years of internalized ableism, pain and shame in a gentle, trauma-informed way. She takes great care to help me feel safe during our sessions, and it's been so wonderful to work with someone who understands many of my lived experiences as a queer and Autistic person. The peace of mind I've gained through her course is absolutely priceless, and I couldn't be more grateful to have experienced the wonderful healing container that Tiffany creates for her clients!”

“Working with Tiffany has been genuinely life changing.”
”Working with Tiffany has been genuinely life changing. After working with countless well-meaning coaches and mentors over the last decade, it was such a relief to land in the truly safe and non-pushy space of Tiffany’s highly knowledgeable, compassionate, and trauma-informed guidance and care. Longstanding issues began to melt throughout our work together - and I have never felt more attuned to my body and inner knowing. If you’re feeling like you just can’t seem to let something go that’s been looping and looping for years, Tiffany can lovingly meet you there and gently direct a way out. I am so grateful for her - the healing in my life is tangible, and I highly recommend her gifts and services to anyone called.”

More kind words from some of Tiffany’s past private coaching clients:
"Working with Tiffany brings so much joy to my queer heart!”
Her coaching sessions are packed with loving encouragement, acknowledgment, understanding, and helpful practices and tools to release shame and be ready to love myself and others with all of my own magic. If you're looking for a coach who understands both queerness, neurodivergence, and how to release traumatic imprints from the body and heart, Tiffany is your coach!"-Jodi McLaren
“From our initial Feeler Call all the way through the six months of coaching, Tiffany cultivated and maintained a safe, supportive, and regulated container for our work together.
I felt welcome to ebb and flow in my own healing journey and to show up to our sessions in the honest expression of who I was that day. I also felt so celebrated whenever I shared a win, big or small! I feel grateful to have had Tiffany's support, and her trust in my blueprint of health, during an important chapter of my queer journey.”
Client requested to remain private
“Working with Tiffany was a really pleasant experience where I felt held with compassion and acceptance.
Tiffany created a safe container for me to dive deep into tender territories and look at where in my developmental path I had suffered ruptures. We worked together in ways that felt honoring to my body and my mind. I appreciated how pace and doability were factored in the process, without overwhelming my system. Tiffany is very skilled at naming what is alive and possible without overriding one’s “inner wisdom.” I’m very grateful I got to work with Tiffany and would highly recommend her work to anyone who might think coaching is for them.” Mari de Luna, Women's Empowerment Coach
The Autistic Mentorship Cost:
I have decided to offer a sliding fee scale for this offer to make my work more accessible. I ask that you be in integrity and honesty choose the tier that accurately reflects your financial situation. To support my own financial income I have a certain amount of spaces available for both The Middle Rate and The Scholarship Rate. Please be mindful that if you purchase a price at the lowest end of the sliding fee scale when you can truthfully afford The Standard Rate, you are limiting access to those who truly need financial accessibility. I am grateful to Alexis J. Cunningfolk for their writing on sliding scale pricing .
The Standard rate: $3,000 USD or $500/6 month payment plan.
The Standard Rate is the actual cost of this program. It’s for you if you have some financial stability, personal savings, own property or rent a higher end property, are able to pay for “wants” without checking your bank account and spend little time worrying about your financial needs. Paying for this program will likely mean prioritizing this expenses above other non-essential spending.
The Middle Rate: $2,802 USD or $467/6 month payment plan.
This rate is for you if you don’t see yourself reflected in either the Standard rate or Scholarship rate. This is the rate for you if you have a steady income but are struggling to conquer debt or move away from paycheck to paycheck living. You aren’t spending the majority of your time worrying about meeting your basic needs (such as food, housing, child care.) Note: If you can ask others for financial support, such as family members, partners, or loved ones, please consider using those personal resources before you use the resources of the sliding scale.
The Scholarship Rate: $2,400 USD or $400/6 month payment plan.
The Scholarship Rate is for you if meeting basic needs takes up your budget and paying for this program would cause financial stress and hardship for you. If you struggle to pay for things like housing, food, health care, child care and are living paycheck to paycheck-this is the rate for you.

This isn’t therapy and I’m not a therapist. In our sessions we’ll use tools like body based trauma resolution, nervous system regulation, verbal processing, education around autism and neurodivergence. Please note that I am a certified somatic coach and that the services I provide are coaching and not therapy.

I’m a certified ReBloom Coach and I trained in Rachael Maddox’s ReBloom methodology on archetypal trauma resolution for personal and collective trauma healing. I was both a member of the teaching team, a guest teacher (on sexual orientation and neurodiversity) and lead coach for the ReBloom Trauma Resolution Coaching Certification program from 2020-2022. I’m also a certified VITA™ Sex, Love & Relationship Coach through The Tantric Institute of Integrated Sexuality. I completed a 600+ hour two year certification program with Layla Martin. Additionally I receive on-going education on Autism and ADHD through my membership with Neurodivergent Insights.

I don’t do one off sessions because for this type of work it’s really important to have a container. Healing trauma, unmasking and coming home to your neurodivergence is tender work and I believe that having a container creates more safety. I’ve seen how supportive it can be to have a container, intake process and coaching program-to create both safety and structure. If you’d like to explore what working with me is like, I encourage you to book a free 60 minute Feeler Call or to consider applying for The Intro Coaching Package.
-
Sessions are audio only (via phone call) because this is an accommodation that supports me as an autistic person. I also find that audio only sessions are also supportive for autistic clients as well as offering a sometimes much needed break from Zoom fatigue that a lot of people experience. If audio phone call sessions aren’t accessible for you I also offer Voxer and email coaching.
-
As a coach I’m not qualified to give a client any type of diagnosis. However, I am happy to support you with talking about the pros/cons of an official diagnosis versus being self diagnosed, choosing a trauma informed practitioner for your assessment, how to prepare for your assessment as well as nervous system tools to help support you during the whole process.

Our Feeler Call is an opportunity for both of us to feel into whether it’s a good fit for both of us. On our Feeler Call you’ll have the opportunity to share more about yourself and what type of support you’re seeking. You’ll also get a feel for my style of coaching as well as have the opportunity to ask me any questions you have. We’ll both feel into together whether working together would feel safe, doable and ideal. If it doesn’t feel like a good fit for either of us, I’m happy to offer referrals.
-
We’ll start off each session by checking in with you, you’ll have the opportunity to share any updates and what it’s like to be you that day. Then we’ll talk about what you desire to work on that day and I’ll share some options of how we might work on that topic. I’ll always explain any practices or tools and check in with you on whether that approach feels good to you or if you desire something else. Consent always! We typically start off with some grounding and nervous system regulation before diving into a topic so you and your body feel resourced. We’ll end our sessions by going over any optional practices and checking in on how you’re feeling.

It’s really important to me that my sessions are accessible and I also know that we all have different accessibility needs. I’m always happy to work with clients to find a format of coaching that works for them. Some options are coaching via audio or text messages via Voxer or email coaching.
Hi, I’m Tiffany-a queer autistic somatic coach.
I’m a twice certified somatic coach, a queer woman and a late diagnosed AuDHDer who lives in the rural countryside with my two adorable cats.
I’m passionate about making healing accessible and affirming for late diagnosed Autistics and AuDHDers because I believe we deserve neurodivergent affirming care.
I work with clients in my private coaching programs, write weekly posts in my blog The Queer Autistic Blog and write a weeklyish newsletter called The Queer Autistic Newsletter.
In my free time I hang out with my cats, scratch my neighborhood goats, read, delight in being in nature and re-watch The Lord of the Rings probably too many times.
