The Intro Coaching Package

Queer and Autistic coaching & somatic coaching to support you in your post traumatic growth and healing journey.

Welcome to The Intro Coaching Package!

As an autistic coach and trauma resolution practitioner I absolutely love working with clients in my intensive programs, such as in my 5 month program The Autistic Mentorship. But I also know that sometimes committing to something that long can feel like a lot or is perhaps financially inaccessible. Which is why I’m excited to offer The Autistic Coaching Intro Package.

The Intro Coaching Package includes:

  • Three 90 minute coaching sessions via audio phone calls.

  • Session recaps and optional practices sent to you via email 48 hours after each session.

  • Optional neurodivergent workbooks & worksheets sent you to via email. Through my clinical membership with Neurodivergent Insights, I am able to share workbooks & worksheets with my clients as needed.

The Intro Coaching Package might be a good for for you if:

  • You’d like to explore coaching with me before signing up for a longer coaching program.

  • You’re desiring short term support around a specific topic.

  • Due to finances a shorter program feels more financially accessible for you.

Please note: The Intro Coaching Intro Package is not a good fit if you’re seeking trauma resolution support. My longer programs are a better support for that type of work. Autistic life coaching is not a replacement for therapy or clinical support. Autistic coaching can be a wonderful complimentary support to therapy if you are experiencing CPTSD, anxiety or depression.

Feedback from past clients:

“Working with Tiffany over the past six months has changed my life. I wish that every autistic person could work with Tiffany and have this type of support. When I began my autistic mentorship program, I was in severe autistic burnout and I was struggling to cope with all aspects of my life while also facing a cross country move. Before I met Tiffany I didn’t understand what my needs as an autistic person were, let alone how to identify them or meet them. Tiffany gently coached me on how to listen to my body and nurture challenging emotions instead of pushing them away. Beginning to work through releasing the weight of depression and anxiety symptoms made me realize how much more important meeting my needs as an autistic person was. Tiffany taught me how to advocate for myself. As I moved through this program, I started advocating for myself and asking for help when I needed it. Tiffany has coached me on how to move through life while meeting my autistic needs and desires and finding joy when I was in a very dark place. Tiffany has filled my toolbox with so many tools and practices, and now I feel so confident in my ability to compassionately care for my late diagnosed, autistic self. Lastly, I want to share how supportive it felt to have Tiffany celebrating everything big and small that I accomplished during the last six months. These celebrations have modeled how I can celebrate myself and remember how strong and powerful I am.”-Emma

"Working with Tiffany brings so much joy to my queer heart! Her coaching sessions are packed with loving encouragement, acknowledgment, understanding, and helpful practices and tools to release shame and be ready to love myself and others with all of my own magic. If you're looking for a coach who understands both queerness, neurodivergence, and how to release traumatic imprints from the body and heart, Tiffany is your coach!"-Jodi McLaren

About me:

I’m a queer autistic trauma resolution practitioner and it is an absolute joy supporting queer and autistic clients in their post traumatic growth journeys.

Professionally I’m a somatic trauma resolution practitioner who works with queer and autistic clients in my private coaching practice. I’m a certified ReBloom Trauma Resolution Coach and trained under renowned trauma expert Rachael Maddox for 3 years. The ReBloom methodology is a beautiful mixture of archetypal somatic trauma resolution for healing personal & collective trauma, nervous system health, science and stories. I was also guest teacher (on sexual orientation and neurodiversity) and a lead coach for the ReBloom Trauma Resolution Coaching Certification program from 2020-2021.

I’m also a certified VITA™ Sex, Love & Relationship Coach through The Tantric Institute of Integrated Sexuality. I completed a 650+ hour two year certification program with Layla Martin.

I’ve taken trainings and courses on nervous system health, autistic trauma and sensory trauma. I also receive monthly ongoing education on autism, ADHD and neurodivergent education & tools through a monthly membership with Dr. Neff of Neurodivergent Insights.

On a personal note I came out as a lesbian a little over 3 years ago and two years ago got diagnosed with Autism and ADHD. I am passionate about supporting my queer and autistic clients in coming home to their goodness, wholeness, joy and pleasure.

I live in the middle of the woods in a small rural town with my two lovable cats (who I take way too many pictures of!) In my free time I love reading , spending time with my cats, walking in the woods and living a slow and simple life.

My clients end up having results like:

  • Feeling comfortable and confident in their autistic identity.

  • Unmasking and getting to know their unmasked self, desires and needs. Going from feeling shame and the pressure to mask to celebrating their full self expression & unmasked self.

  • Understanding and embracing their autistic self in a way that feels supportive.

  • Being able to feel strong in their boundaries & sharing their authentic voice after a life time of people pleasing and masking.

  • Feeling safe & comfortable in their bodies after being stuck in flight/freeze/fawning responses.

  • Life just starts to feel good again.

  • Feeling worthy and knowing deep in their bones that they matter and that their needs matter. Reparenting their autistic inner child and getting their childhood unmet needs met now as an adult.

  • Tending to their autistic burnout and feeling so much better-while also having a greater understanding of burnout triggers & autistic boundaries so they prevent future burnouts.

  • Having practical tools for living their best autistic life. Think routines that are supportive, post meltdown & shutdown recovery plans, communication strategies with loved ones, sensory breaks and ways to make their lives more accessible.

  • Increased autistic wellness, joy and pleasure!

Client Love

“Working with Tiffany has been truly life-changing for me. I feel more in touch with myself than ever, and my loved ones have mentioned they see a noticeable difference in my mental health and self growth. I feel that difference too - she has helped me process years of internalized ableism, pain and shame in a gentle, trauma-informed way. She takes great care to help me feel safe during our sessions, and it's been so wonderful to work with someone who understands many of my lived experiences as a queer and Autistic person. The peace of mind I've gained through her course is absolutely priceless, and I couldn't be more grateful to have experienced the wonderful healing container that Tiffany creates for her clients!”-E.K.

“ I am integrating all the amazing work I have done with you. It has been powerful, deep and healing and beyond any other therapy I have ever engaged with. So thank you so much again for your incredible support, consistency, professionalism, intuition, love and kindness as my coach. I can’t really say enough good things to express my gratitude”-Annabel

 FAQs

Is this like therapy?

This isn’t therapy and I’m not a licensed therapist. In our sessions we’ll use tools like body based trauma resolution, nervous system regulation, verbal processing, education around autism and neurodivergence.

What are your credentials?

I’m a certified ReBloom Coach and I trained in Rachael Maddox’s ReBloom methodology on archetypal trauma resolution for personal and collective trauma healing. I was a guest teacher (on sexual orientation and neurodiversity) and lead coach for the ReBloom Trauma Resolution Coaching Certification program from 2020-2022. I’m also a certified VITA™ Sex, Love & Relationship Coach through The Tantric Institute of Integrated Sexuality. I completed a 600+ hour two year certification program with Layla Martin, one of the leading sexuality specialists in the nation.

Can I book another package after I finish my first three sessions?

Since this is an intro package it’s not renewable. If it’s a good fit and you’d like to continue working together you can apply to my 5 month program The Autistic Mentorship or we can create a custom program just for you.

What are topics I can work on in The Into Coaching Package?

You can bring any of the following topics: coming out later in life, being a late diagnosed (including self-diagnosed) autistic, practical autistic support, autistic burnout recovery support, coming out later in life sex and dating, nervous system regulation support, boundary work, identifying needs, making life accessible for your autistic self, unmasking, unpacking things like comphet and/or internalized ableism, shame & anger work and more!

What are the structures of the sessions like?
We’ll start off each session by checking in with you, you’ll have the opportunity to share any updates and what it’s like to be you that day. Then we’ll talk about what you desire to work on that day and how we might work on that topic. I’ll always explain any practices or tools and check in with you on whether that approach feels good to you or if you desire something else. Consent always! We typically start off with some grounding and nervous system regulation before diving into a topic so you and your body feel resourced. We’ll end our sessions by going over any optional practices and checking in on how you’re feeling.

I want to work with you but talking on the phone is hard for me. Do you have other ways of working with you?

It’s really important to me that my sessions are accessible and I also know that we all have different accessibility needs. I’m always happy to work with clients to find a format of coaching that works for them. Some options are coaching via audio or text messages via Voxer or email coaching.

Why are the sessions audio only? Is there an option to have a video call sessions?

Sessions are audio only (via phone call or WhatsApp for non-U.S. based clients) because this is an accommodation that supports me as an autistic person. I also find that audio only sessions are also supportive for many autistic clients as well as offering a sometimes much needed break from Zoom fatigue that a lot of people experience. If audio phone call sessions aren’t accessible for you I also offer Voxer and email coaching.

Can you help me get an official diagnosis?

As a coach I’m not qualified to give a client any type of diagnosis. However, I am happy to support you with talking about the pros/cons of an official diagnosis versus being self diagnosed, choosing a trauma informed practitioner for your assessment, how to prepare for your assessment as well as nervous system tools to help support you during the whole process.
